We are back from Maui after a 10-day trip that felt like a 2-day trip. We had a fabulous time and are already planning our return to either Kauai or the Big Island. Syed Brian was quite the little traveler and he did great on the plane. Syed and I realized that vacationing as a family is more than a little different than vacationing as a couple, but we enjoy both just the same. We are grateful we had a chance to introduce our son to a place that will always hold a little piece of our hearts and I think it is safe to say that he is a fan of the islands, too.
